Starting with our Design Process, we’ll learn what inspires you as a couple and how you imagine your wedding with the help of your Pinterest Board, translating that into a vision that we’ll produce alongside our team of the best professionals in the events industry.
Our Chic Affair Planning Process accounts for each and every detail, which we’ll coordinate, manage and implement, leaving you to provide as much or as little guidance as you’d like before going on to enjoy your wedding day. We’ll oversee creative partners, create comprehensive timelines, carefully manage your budget, and more. You’ll spend your wedding days/week enjoying the Jamaican experience alongside your guests, culminating in a beautiful event to remember for a lifetime.
A Sneak Peek of our Design Process
For our Custom Design Inspiration & Plan, we will compose an inspirational presentations and a complete event space rendering specific to your needs. This you will be able to review and make changes to ensure your vision is accurate and you are comfortable with it.
STEP ONE
Step One
The Design Inspiration consultation is the first step to determine your style, budget and vision for your event decor. We will start by collecting and discussing all inspirational photos you may already have, this can be via your Pinterest board, as well as the information you give us via our design meetings and Questionnaire. Once we’ve learned more about your vision, we’ll take a first look into our own research.
Step Two
Based on your ideas along with ours, we will compose your initial presentation, containing a full color scheme and point-by point decor theme. Creating inventive, ideas with your personal style and detail is the most exciting part about this phase. We may take certain elements from photo representations as inspiration but will never insist on copying an idea from another event. We believe that every Chic wedding should be as personal and as different from the rest. Every aspect, from ceremony chairs to after party, will be showcased in this initial presentation.
STEP TWO

Step Three
As we discuss this initial presentation, you will be able to narrow down a design direction for vendors, color scheme, overall concept, etc. At this point, we will revise the presentation to better represent your true aspects of interest. Starting with multiple images as an overall vision and ending with detailed, purposeful images representing your vision is the goal for this phase. Once accomplished, we will suggest vendor referrals appropriate to your concept and budget.
Step Four
As we finalize your decor presentation, we will be able to determine the overall look of your event, creating a finalized and to-scale (through AutoCAD Design) floor plan. Once you move forward with a layout concept, we will be able to share this diagram with your vendors and use it as a guide on the day of the event.
