Combination of the ‘Styling and Decorative Package’ partnered with the ‘Wedding Day Co-ordinator Package’ which is an efficient combination for couples that require us to assist them with all the decorative and styling elements of the wedding and then follow through with liaising with your suppliers in the lead up to establish a wedding day schedule to ensure a seamless process to personally guide you through the most important moments of your special day!
You can truly relax and enjoy your day knowing that it not only will look amazing but will run well from start to finish.
This package includes, but not limited to:-
- 4-5 meetings to establish a concept for the styling and decorative aspects of the wedding ceremony and reception and to establish the wedding day schedule for the wedding day including all the suppliers that you have booked for your wedding day
- Unlimited emails, phone and Skype calls with your wedding stylist and co-ordinator as required
- Sourcing of all decorative suppliers to provide products and services required
- Management of requirements, contracts and payments of all decorative suppliers only
- Table mock-up to confirm the table styling (florals are charged at an additional cost)
- Itemised costings and updates as required for all decorative elements
- Coordination of decorative suppliers during set-up/pack-down on the wedding day
- Development of a production schedule and distribution to all wedding suppliers
- Attendance and supervision at ceremony rehearsal (if applicable)
- Attendance and supervision on the wedding day for 8 consecutive hours (additional hours can be added)
